(Real name not used) W.B. I have brought my 2003 Chevy Silverado here for some belts, hose and brake replacements and could not be more pleased. I stand by their motto of being truly honest mechanics. After an initial inspection, they gave me a breakdown of the current issues with my truck and have not pressured me into anything I did not want. The inspection results were broken down and very easy to read and understand yet very detailed which allowed me to decide what needed to be done straight away and what could wait. Pricing- Their prices seemed to be fair. I did some checking around and their prices were just about in-line with what everyone else in the area were charging. I read a previous review where someone had complained that their cost for parts and labor were elevated almost 100% versus buying the parts yourself. While this maybe true, paying for the parts and paying Honest to install them is well worth the money when you factor in that a professional will be fixing your ride right the first time and the parts and work are guaranteed. In the past I have done most of my own work on my vehicles and a majority of the time something was messed up or didn't go as planned and cost me major time and money to get it right. Having the folks at Honest One do it not only saves me time and money but also gives me a huge piece of mind that it will be done correctly and that is worth more than paying a few extra bucks for parts. Labor/work done- Their mechanics were awesome and did a fantastic job. They did exactly what I requested and if there were any changes, they would call me before going ahead with anything else. The mechanic did an awesome job on my truck. I have no complaints what-so-ever. Customer Service- The desk staff were very nice and able to answer all of my questions. They were upfront with all my options and assisted me with what I needed. Scheduling was extremely easy, as a truck driver my schedule is often changing and they were, and continue to be, very flexible. This is another factor that makes the cost worth while. Another huge plus was the loaner vehicle. The loaner allows you the ability to not have to be stuck for any length of time and do what you need to do while they work on your ride. 5 star all the way. I will continue to come here as long as I need to and would suggest them to anyone.

Kind, professional and clean environment. There's an area for kids. Complimentary drinks. I like how they take pictures of the parts if there is something wrong with them.

Was an out-of-towner, and was having an emergency situation, and they not only fixed the car soon as possible, but also gave me a ride where I needed to go. Good job, Honest 1!

Our two generation driving family utilizes Honest One in Owatonna for repair and servicing of our five autos. We have no reason to go anywhere else. The entire staff is excellent. Their warranty on replaced parts is real and it works!!

Had my car in and out the same day. Used OEM parts, fair price and explained what was being done and why. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.
